Prime Turf Orlando provides the following services, subject to availability and agreement:
All service terms, pricing, materials, and timelines will be detailed in a written proposal or service agreement provided before work begins. Final scope of work is confirmed upon written or verbal approval of the proposal.
Free quotes provided by Prime Turf Orlando are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements, site conditions, material availability, or project complexity identified during installation. Any changes will be communicated before proceeding.
Prime Turf Orlando may communicate with customers via SMS text messages for the following purposes:
Consent: By submitting a contact form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Prime Turf Orlando. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the customer. Prime Turf Orlando may require a deposit prior to scheduling installation or major landscaping projects. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of the proposal.
Customers may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance at (361) 221-5158 or primeturforlando@gmail.com. Cancellations within less than 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement. Deposits for installations may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
Prime Turf Orlando stands behind the quality of its work. Any workmanship concerns should be reported within 7 days of project completion. We will assess and, where applicable, make reasonable corrections at no additional charge. Warranty on materials is subject to the manufacturer's terms for the specific products used.
Customers grant Prime Turf Orlando permission to access the property during scheduled service times. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the work area is accessible, free of hazards, and that pets or children are kept away from the work zone during installation or maintenance visits.
Prime Turf Orlando is not responsible for pre-existing underground utilities, pipes, irrigation lines, or other structures that are not disclosed or clearly marked prior to work. Customers are encouraged to contact local utility locating services before any ground-disturbing work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Turf Orlando's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
